Rain and RICA ***
RICA was declared unconstitutional in February.
Can you please advise why a valid South African Passport is not acceptable as a means of identification?

The pics of the woman is from yesterday cause we were trying to get the sim RICA'd under her names. Please help, this is getting very irritating for a modern company. Even banks accept Passports
