Rain and RAM, worst service ever, even with correct documentation

I ordered a rain data sim card, uncapped, and Rain said they would deliver via RAM couriers. The couriers arrived, took all my info, scanned documents but then commented they could not deliver my sim card, even though I provided them with all my valid RICA information. The sim card were ordered by a Rain service provider to be delivered at my residence, yet this was denied by the courier company as my name were not the same as the Rain consultant whom sold me the product on behalf of Rain. I am done with these mediocre service providers, worst in the business. Why get consultant to market your product then deny delivery to the user whom had all RICA related documents available. I will, without fail, proclaim Rain's terrible service hand in hand with that of RAM couriers.
