RAIN and RAM bad service.

Rain rendering a very bad service, as a long as consumer pays for the package they careless whether the customer receive the sim card or not. I purchase a package at the beginning of April 2020, still waiting for the sim card until now. I understand due to the lock down services are affected. Its level 4, i believe some companies like RAM who is a selected courier company for RAIN Internet Service Provider is operating.RAIN Internet Service Provider does not have support, if you send an email to the support email address, i get an auto reply that's all.Nobody give a dam about following with the customer, service is extremely bad. RAM keeps sending an automatic sms stating delivery is on its way nothing arrives. When i phone RAM if lucky someone answer, they say delivery will arrive tomorrow every time, its extremely bad service
