Rain and RAM bad service!

The company that you used to make deliveries is so inefficient. I ordered my Rain sim on the 7th Jan and I still haven’t received it. RAM who was supposed to deliver sent a driver who **** and said he couldn’t deliver the money because of bad weather in my area and blocked roads which was a lie as that day I was gone all day and there was no weather. It was a beautiful sunny day. It’s been 10 whole days now. I’ve called them and still I get no assistance. They keep you on hold and then hang up. This happened 5 times. If I do not get my SIM card tomorrow I want the order cancelled and my money refunded asap!!!!!! I’ve called rain to inform that U still haven’t received my order and still I get no assistance.
