Rain and Misinformation

This will be my last comment on this company. They have a nice money making plan. First the sales team tell you that if you are not happy after 7 days they will not charge you and collect the unit. However the team to do this only respond a week later as they have many technical problems to attend to. And the excuse for *****ing your money, " You should have reported this on our smartphone app. Well, I don,t own a smartphone and there is no link on the website to do this ???? very odd. I suppose they hope for everyone to default so they can keep the money. Eventually borrowed a smartphone, cancelled and deleted the app. The initial technical problem when they eventually arrived was "the signal is too weak in my area" !!!!!
