Rain and loadshedding problems

Hi there sending emails or calling rain it's n failure there's no responding everyone complaining nothing is getting done rain is getting from bad to worch I am paying rain every month R730 or uncapped Datta but with load shedding I can only going max one hour n day then the network is off for n long time when it's loadshedding then there is no signal so whey do I pay the full amount everymonth I can't used the internet onley one hour n day for n month somethimes it's of the hole day
