Rain and empty promises and ****** money still not resolved over 5 months!

Rain has still not come back to me after 5 months about paying ne back for debit orders taken after I cancelled my month to month contract with them. It's been days since they last responded on HelloPeter to say they would contact me and they still have not reached out.
