Rain and CCD incompetence
It's the fifth day of their "3 to 5 days" delivery promise and I haven't received any communication from CCD regarding the delivery on my router. When I inquire about this both Rain and CCD are pointing fingers at each other, honestly I feel helpless. I've ordered from Rain in the past and it was never like this, this company alongside CCD are building quite the shameful reputation for themselves...
