Rain and CCD couriers suck ass🖕

Rain is useless together with there delivery partner ccd couriers spoke to a team lead Guaris who said someone will call me in 24 hours which is unacceptable this has been going back and forth for 2 weeks listening to the same story how difficult is it to authorise a new delivery everyone working including management are ***********🖕, this order is in my wife's name and between ccd couriers and rain we have to phone back and forth I've used over R300 airtime just sitting hold what kind of customer service is this we are new clients and get treated this way if a consultant can phone me please so we can cancel this **** order we will go with conventional fibre. 🖕
