Rain and CCD couriers
I have placed an order with rain note that THEIR POLICY states 3-5 working days. A consultant from CCD couriers call me on Monday 28 to state that the parcel will be delivered today 30 March. I then received an email stating that my package will arrive on the 11th. What happened to 3-5 working days . I cann Rain they say that they will escalate the matter further. I then call CCD again and the consultant gives me a different date because as he states there is no one to deliver. I am extremely upset as I was expecting my 5g router today.
