Rain and ccd
Ordered a 5G router paid for it.... Made a appointment to have it delivered on the 12th between 10 and 12 no delivery contacted ccd no help from them then contacted rain and they say I have to take it up with ccd.... I am not paying ccd a monthly subscription fee to use Internet it's rain that chooses to send stuff with this useless courier company they should be able to give customers answers unfortunately nothing was resolved I am on my way to work now and since a third party can't receive my package I won't be getting it today if it's not delivered by tomorrow I will cancel

12 Mar 2026, 13:20I am no longer home I am now at work the appointment was set for between 10-12 and according to what I know third-party collection is not allowed so what exactly does it help that the order is now on route honestly unprofessional and pathetic

Got a email from ccd that says they will deliver tomorrow between 12 and 4 that is after I told a manager that I am only available until 12:45 which is why I set a appointment between 10 and 12 then they just change the ****** time to when I am clearly not going to be home should I just take my business to MTN at least then I don't have to wait for a router to be delivered and they are cheaper than rain so yeah no delivery and I will be making a stop at MTN this weekend I don't have time to deal with unprofessional people

13 Mar 2026, 21:42I have recieved my router however the download speed and upload speeds after 8 is a complete joke I mean honestly why is my upload speed at 0.17 mbps.... Took a screenshot contacted arin and was told he can't access the device on your side due to some error....... Kindly explain or I am going to lodge a complaint by Icasa since you are failing to provide the service I signed up for by a whole 29.83 mbps if the upload speed was atleast 5 mbps I would not complain but I can't even send a WhatsApp message with the rain 101
