RAIN an internet access drought

I am pained and hurt by the service received from Rain, I have made two payments and I did not have internet access for those months. Rain internet service provider has ****** my money and they are not ashamed. I have logged various tickets every day when I could and no one has contacted me from Rain. I have no other means of entertainment and can not conduct my studies because Rain does not care about their customers. Upgrading to 5G has been a nightmare and the horror being the service I am receiving from Rain. I am aggrieved to the level where I want my money back because I paid for an internet service that had and still has no internet access. Their support service is a waste of resources and the number does not even go through.
