Rain *********** agents paying for data airtime that I can’t use

I have had the Rain contract for the past 5 years, I upgraded last year and took the contract with SIM cards, one sim card got lost and the other one just stopped working I called the call center multiple times to try and get the 2 SIM cards without any help, they said they are escalating the matter till today I am paying for data and airtime that I am not using
