Rain Agents, mislead people buying 4sim cards which doesn't work

I don't know how this company can advertise that they are one of the best internet providers in South Africa. Some of their agents working at the call centre is not up to standard, lets rather say ***********, can't even give you answers regarding your problems with rain. When phoning the call centre you can hear the other agents shouting and making jokes with each other. How can they be professional by helping a customer with a serious problem. They say that they will call you back, which doesn't happen at all. So rain advertise that you can use 4g sim at certain areas, which is not true. I relocated to another town and ordered and pay for the 4g sim card on their advise, it doesn't work at all. Then they tell me that the sim is faulty and i must order another sim which also didn't work. I took these sim cards to my old address where i have used 5g and it worked. So what i try to say is that their agents is bullsh**** you into buying products from them and at the end after cancelling these sim cards. a month in advance. they still deduct their payments the end of the month.
