RAIN agents keep lying to me. Their service is really bad.

Hi, I don't know what's going on or whether the agents I speak to whenever I call are just lying to me. Last month I called and asked for my payment date to be changed to the 30th I was told its done. Earlier today my internet was disconnected and an agent told me they've fixed the payment date issue and I should be back online. After a few hours, the internet is gone again and when I call, the agent is telling me my payment date has not changed. What is so hard with just changing my payment date to the 30th. Every month I don't internet from the 26th to the 30th but I pay the full price, for a full month(30 days).
