Rain again very bad service

All of a sudden my account this month is R605 instead of R539.It is impossible to contact rain!!

Rain is not responding!!I did not ask for an upgrade from 30 -100 mbps.This was not my contract.There is no way Rain can be contacted!!!

I simply do not know what to do anymore.They do not answer their landline number.Apart from sending stupid reference numbers they refuse to contact me.This after submitting 2 tickets,two DM''s and a post on X!!!
