RAIN - AGAIN AND AGAIN!! Pulling my hair out! Time to find a new SP!!!
Again!!! This is unacceptable!! I just called Rain again, asking for help and got cut off as my network went down!! They were supposed to help when they sent a technician out to install a new router and fancy stuff and yet my Teams freezes and I go offline all the time!! It says the following: DOWNLOAD Mbps 11.29 UPLOAD Mbps 1.47 Is this up to standard with all the money I am paying you?? NOT FOR A LONG SHOT!!! URGENTLY PLEASE SEND OUT A TECHNICIAN IMMEDIATELY!!!
