RAIN AGAIN!!!

This is not right, this is the 2nd time i gave rain a chance, i should have learnt the 1st time, i requested a refund on the 4G sim i bought from them 20th Feb 2023 as i was not able to use it AT ALL because it's not picking up signal, i have explained the inconvenience and extra cost it has now on my coz i have to buy data and they just told me to reboot. Please stop the bs. I want a refund and nothing is going to be billed off my account on the 20th of March for a useless thing i cant even use.
