RAIN AGAIN

cancelled my rain WIFI - they took my payment for April and will not respond to requests for refund, they have also cancelled my profile and i cannot get hold of anyone. bank cannot reverse as it is put through as a card purchase and not debit order - sneaky as well as ********* - how sad cause we had no other problems and this has now spoilt the whole experience - will no longer advertise Rain as trouble free to friends and family - total dissapointment
