Rain again 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

I really don't know why I keep on giving you guys the benefit of the doubt but you keep on disappointing me like crazy. I got my 5G yesterday and it's already 24 hours snd still not connecting. I can't get through and I sm getting no call back when I log a ticket from your pathetic website. Like what kind of service is this? What do you guys even see the need of waking up on the morning? What kind of nonsense is this?

There is only one light on the router and it's green. There is no light on 5G lighting dot. Your setting might be outdated for the HUAWEI, because there is no signal strength to check. Would it be difficult for someone to call and explain what's happening or that extent of customer service is not available at Rain?
