RAIN - AGAIN!!
Rain called last week and said they are sending a technician out to give me a new router and reroute me to a different tower, I have yet to hear from them this week and have had very embarrassing Teams meetings where my calls keep dropping and freezing, this is unacceptable and needs immediate attention now!

05 Jul 2024, 15:07Hi There, A technician came last night - he was very nice, Lunga - but I'm still having issues today, please can you send him back to my address to sort it out, my internet is still freezing on Teams and the one device he installed had all the lights on when he left here and then were all off when he left here.
