Rain aftersales is terrible

Has been an absolute nightmare to try and get a sim Rica, activated and start using it. All I can say for certain is that I have a profile on their website. Communication via online support, Twitter and Facebook has proven futile as they only say DM us your details and we will be in touch. As yet I have had zero feedback or help. An email sent to their support over 4days ago has also garnered zero response. This is pathetic., I could accept a slight delay if they bothered themselves to actually communicate, but zip, zero, zilch, nada, nothing. Am regretting getting the sim with them now
