Rain After service and Support Non-Existent. No Wi-Fi 2 going 2 weeks

No internet for 2 weeks, Bot they have are useless and can only help you to reset and to complete a speed test. The support team sounds like they based in India and *********** to resolve the issue.

Each tech i speak to have escalated the log to the network \ advance team that send me an email to reset the device and to make sure there is no clutter that is blocking the signal. I rep**** to the email after following the steps and even taken the route to other locations and still the issue persists.

Not receiving any assistance even after escalations and requested the management to contact me but failed to do and not getting my hopes up.

After service is non existing and no way to make contact with the advance team that is handling the escalations.
