Rain after sales support is horrible!

I have the RainOne home package for about 4 months and for the first 2 service was excellent and no connection problems. Now in the last 2 months the connection has been dropping every day for a a few minutes to some days not working at all. Support calls are logged and Rain do not call back and close off the request even though they say they will call you right back. Right now it's happend again and I have no connection and there is no signal on the router. Yet I have full bars on other cellular providers Mtn/telkom/Vodacom. Rain Support Service is horrible!
