Rain After sales Service is pathetic at most!!!!

Ordered Rain 5G on 27/03/2020, Received parcel on 02/04/2020, Sim card wasn't working from the start (OUT OF BOX FAILURE), Managed to get hold of a technician on the 03/04/2020 and he requested an URGENT replacement sim card on the same day. Its is the now the 07/04/2020 and my request is has been sitting in the logistics department with no feedback or any response since the 03/04/2020. This URGENT Request has taken longer to receive feedback than it took to order the 5G and had it delivered. This Service is the only service they provide and Rain Still cannot provide the service they promise.
