RAIN After sales service

I would give a zero star but there was no option for that. I ordered a RAIN sim card and activated it 2 days after receiving it. I paid R480 for 4G uncapped. A call centre agent contacted me and explained how to onnect it. Only to discover that my device does not allow the 4G (my bad). I ready the Terms and Conditions from Rain and because I already had and was paying for a Telkom sim, I decided to cancel the RAIN SIM and requested a full refund as per their terms and conditions. An agent contacted me again and I explained why I need to cancel it and I asked whether there will be a full refund. She said yes and asked whether I was ok with the fact that the money would only be credited to my account within 10 to 15 working days. I said, that was absolutely fine and I was happy with the service until...20 days later...no refund!. I send emails 4 times per day now and I get absolutely no response. Request number *** and *** and *** and *** and ***.....no responses and I am still waiting for a refund. I was going to cancel my Telkom sim and take RAIN once my contract ended, but guess what...I am NOT going to do that due to the lack of after sales service.
