RAIN activation process sucks

I have bought rain sim card on the 25th Jan 21, I have registered the sim and followed all process, Address validation, ID Validation but however I am a bit stuck with live face recognition feature to prove I am human... its very frustrating and every time I follow the guide that say I must "look up", "look right" etc., it freezes and I can not continue, I have called the RAIN company and was advised they will take my details down and let RICA department to call me, I have been waiting for their call even now, Yesterday I even sent a message to the support group on website and I am still waiting for their agent to call.. R479 payment already made on the 26th Jan 2021 and I need my services to be activated, I am screaaaaming for help
