Rain activation not done within a week of delivery

I ordered the sim with the device last week on Monday. It was delivered on Wednesday, there is a write up on there site that speak to activation taking two hour to 24hours which has not happened to date. Mind you I have paid for product. Last week Friday I log a support query and they nonchalantly have not gotten back to me it is Wednesday the following week and I am still not activated my network has been showing red.
