Hi there. I canceled my account a year ago and now they give me over. I got the prove/ Ref number of the canceled account and the ref number of the courier that pick it up. How can a company do this but no one answered me

And still now one try to contact me bur rain can hand me over to a company that don't answer there phones. How can I take them on or give them over. But it easy to put my name out there and make my name bad
