Rain accounts department is the worst ever,get me my refund

8 months later am still waiting for my refund.My free advise, dont even bother to join this network provider ,they are the worst honestly. Since April I have been trying to get a refund or at-least my account credited for next payment but none of the above is happening, I am actually not sure what their accounts department is doing but they are doing a very lousy job.cant you detect a double payment!! For 8 months!! Wow disappointing, just refund me my money ok!! I have sent proof of payments 100 times already but still nothing.
