rain account that won't close after I have paid off my debt

hi my name is Nkosikhona Mpisana I am having a bit of a problem with my account I was told it was not a contract therefore I would pay and then get my data, I stopped using their products because the reception was always bad and after a year they handed me over to debt collecting company and said I was owing R2000 and I paid that amount off and told them didn't want their services anymore but they didn't close the account they keep sending me messages saying I owe and when I log into the account it is still active, I've tried calling them several times but no one would help me.
