Rain account Suspended paid 3 days ago still not active ,

Hi please unblock my account i called in yesterday it was escalated my service is still down ,ACCOUNT number cell registered is *** id *** , Roxanne Oliphant ,If you it will cancel my account, months ago i reported my router possible damage no one called me back , i had to buy a new router and still they never came to assist me
