Rain account issues

I paid my rain account, the money was taken from my bank account and the rain website confirmed that the payment was successful however when I try to reconnect the router it's not working. On the website it's now saying I have to settle the outstanding balance. I don't know what's going on and the customer service number is not working as I tried to call but all I get is a machine saying I have an outstanding balance.
