Hi guys I have been using rain month to month WiFi but due to no network coverage,I tried to cancel my subscription in may and they never cancel it.in June I decided to not to pay them and disconnect their WiFi and put it away.in August they called me and say I owe them R1700 which I tried to ague with them but they report me to debt collectors.i made payments in full and close my account,now it's October and they call again and tell me I owe them R2800 which I don't understand why and how.please anyone assist me with rain because now they are bullying me.my number is ***,I have proofs

Hi Shumani,I tried calling from the collections department to assist you with a payment arrangement but did not reach you.Regarding the payment arrangement for your current balance due of R1,696.84, please choose one of the following options that would best work for you:1. You can pay off the bill without using our services (by cancelling), settling the balance, and re-subscribing to use Rain again once your account is up to date.2. You can continue using our services by paying your monthly bill plus an extra amount toward your arrears, which can be split into installments.If you choose option 2, please confirm how much extra you can pay along with your monthly bill.For example, if you owe R1000 in arrears and your monthly bill is R200, you can split the arrears into 4 installments of R250 each. For 4 months, you would pay R200 + R250.3. You can make use of our 50% promotion offer: If you can settle 50% of your bill once-off, then can write off the remaining 50% and your account will be up to date.Note: Payment arrangements can only be made for up to 6 months, and your bill must be settled within this time.For inquiries, please contact us - ***.Cheersrain South Africa
