Rain absurd service
Worst worst experience and communication
One thing about rain and their constants is that they will lie to you and make you frustrated,I have been waiting for a refund within no communication whatsoever i am being taken from pillar to post!
Definitely cutting them off,wouldn’t recommend rain to anyone looking for an internet provider

Please make me understand why i am being made to pay for a router that i lost in a fire?not only my flat burnt down but the entire complex,as it is i am having a hard time bouncing back and i am expected to pay R4000 for something that was beyond my control?and it’s called customer negligence?that is absurd
Was i supposed to run in the fire and salvage the router over my life?
I cannot afford 4000,i have no means to pay it back
