RAIN Absolutely Useless
One Star is too much, absolutely useless support that isnt even in South AFrica and with absolutely disgusting behaviour. The AI chatbot doesnt help on the site, what happened???? It was so good and now absolutely useless, get rid of the Global "team" who sit at their houses and talk to people and get the SA team back there!!! Or you will lose thousands of customers
