Rain absolutely useless

The service is ridiculous hardly ever works and a customer can't even contact a call centre or any assistance. With their new platform a customer can't even cancel the service Most pathetic service provider for internet connection

It unfortunately is not 1 specific incident it is on going and a persisting problem and try contacting the rain call centre you can never get an answer or even a response as for the assistant bit running in the application the algorithm for response is pathetic. Absolutely amateurish application interface and bot responses
And yet after moving away for a short period hoping the service will eventually work it doesn't the same issues persist

And service is still unstable may be connected now but I won't hold my breath.
