Rain - Absolutely Poor Conectivity

Absolutely ridiculous how, for the past 4 months, we have only had connectivity for about 40%, AT MOST. When you contact the call center, and you are lucky enough to get a response, the feedback is generic. Either that a tower is down that supplies Centurion, Louwlardia, or that everything appears to be operating well from their side. After 4 years, I will be canceling by the end of this month.
