Rain - absolute waste of money and time, no customer service, no internet for more than two weeks.

We reported to you on 15 September that we have no internet. Thereafter spoke to more than 6 consultants. Your explanation was that you recycled sim cards. What a lot of nonsense. How can you recycle a dedicated working sim card! To date 2 October we don't have internet. We expect you to refund us and cancel your non-service. Very poor and non-existent customer service. Would not recommend you.
