RAIN - absolute shocking service

Absolute shocking service from both rain and RAM - I am now sitting in a position unable to generate an income. Have been waiting for delivery for a week now. Both of your call centers are NOT customer focused. So very disappointed. Endless phone calls and emails to both of you and no resolution yet!!!!!!!!
