I had the a very bad experience, please read my comments before you commit to Rain, Last year this time I have committed to Rain telephonically, after the first payment went of my Credit Card I called back, I prefer debit order, nobody could assist and I made peace with the fact that they could take money of my account at any time, we had internet, I also suggested Rain to my friend what a nightmare, they charged her delivered the unit, she was never connected, funny thing is you can never speak to anybody, once you connect you are on your own, I have received the following message today, almost one year after I committed one year ago, "rain. Hi there. Your rain services have been cancelled. Please be aware that because rain is paid at the end of the month, you still have outstanding balance" There is a huge problem here, there is nobody to speak to, I e-mailed the original address and it is no longer at work, please be aware, there have to somebody that is able to assist customers at a consumer level, even if there is nobody to speak to at rain "not even R" sms state rain
You have cut my internet and I can not do my work no there is NO restrictions on my credit card, my credit card does not have a limit this is not fair, should you wanted to dismiss your services to me you should have given me notice, I spoke to somebody two days ago and she told me there is NOTHING to worry about, according to her they were not cutting the service and the sms was not correct, i am extremely frustrated, i can do no meetings and this is costing me a lot of money, i used my credit card 6 times yesterday, there is no limit.
Please can you assist, it is impossible to get new provider suddenly to be a able do my work. I am very disappointed to say the least, i do not deserve this treatment as was loyal to you for a year, my friend was treated so badly, and this is not a lie but the truth.
She called your offices for an entire week after the unit was received..
Then there is no one to contact but a call Centre
The lady I spoke to two days ago told me her manager would call me you will not be surprised to hear that never happened
