Rain ****

After paying R1999 for a service that I didn’t use due to horrible connection, I asked for the service to be cancelled to which the service advisor guaranteed that a cancellation would be logged, as cancellation on app was not working. Several attempts made to contact rain via phone being told I need to pay R500 again as the service was not cancelled.

I’m really disappointed with rain, from moving routers around the house just to get connectivity to struggling with cancellations for membership!! Would not recommend rain to anyone !!!!
