Rain is just pathetic. They only have a robot to send messages and if you get someone on the phone they can do nothing. They deducted 3x what they should this month and keep saying the account is overdue. The internet itself is not bad but if companies only give you a robot and send automatic emails they certainly do not know what the word service mean.
