Rain

I was contacted Saturday and was promised that my issue wil immediately be escalated to the network department and ill recieve a call before 12 today . Up until now no communication or any call and still i have no network. But i must pay my subscription on the 25th but hardly had any use of my internet . I feel like this is a loosing battle and will definitely have to take more serious steps because im waiting for almost 3 months of complaining everyday no solution up until now only empty promises like always . Im absolutely disgusted and highly disappointed in the customer support up until now because that it non existent.
