Rain

I have been using Rain modem for 2 and half years. For the past week, I have not been able to live-stream. This is the primary reason i have the modem. The speed is very low to ranges of 4-6 Mbps. I have logged calls and even called the support centre. No resolution insight. The agent i spoke to, Sunil, was plain rude in addition to not bein able to help me. Its more than a week and am still not helped but i pay the full amount. Even my suggestion that their modem might have failing electronics.
