Rain a terrible business to invest hardworking money on

I ordered a 5G rain set on Sunday which a customer care agent confirmed on 08/08/2021, she confirmed that my parcel will be delivered and today I spoke to another customer care agent by the name of Engeler , she told me there is no she told me that here manager is to busy to take my call and all of the managers are busy, they debuted money from my account for a delivery, my order number is ***, on my account it shows delivered , Anthony vermeylen is the manager and he told me that I got no order but when I go to my app and try to order another one the website says I can’t because I already have a delivery in the way , everybody is lying and no one wants to assist
