Rain a ****?

I paid my bill on the 30th of September, then for some reason a second amount was debited on the 1st of November. Then logged a complaint this past Sunday. I then logged another complaint on FB, then a service representative answered very quickly and vanished. Now they are debiting accounts inserted of clients paying directly.
