Rain a horrible service provider, after sales is worse

I've had rain for only 24 hours, I received an sms that the sim has been activated and to my surprise, it is not, i called contact centre, the lady was not able to help me and said the matter is escallated, i will be called back, a day later, no call nothing, i just called again and they say i should wait for 72 working hours for them to resolve my issue, 72 HOURS??? for a product i have paid for and have not used. i would not recommend this to anyone, i should have done my research first.
