Rain: A dumpster fire of a company - Drowning in depths of desperation!

I have never experienced such a nightmarish situation with a company until I dealt with RAIN. Their relentless pursuit and ********* behavior have left me frustrated and utterly disappointed.

Firstly, I closed my account with RAIN and even received acknowledgment from them confirming the closure. However, to my dismay, they persistently call/email me, claiming that I owe them money. I have provided concrete proof of the account closure, they have acknowledged it by saying " your account has been credited and deleted."

However, what's even more concerning is my suspicion that RAIN has sold my private information to other companies for their financial gain. I am receiving calls from unknown entities after my association with RAIN raises serious questions about the security of my personal data.

It is unacceptable for a company to ignore evidence of account closure, continuing to harass and falsely claim outstanding payments. This not only reflects a lack of professionalism on RAIN's part but also hints at a potential breach of privacy with the alleged sale of customer information.

Dealing with RAIN has been an absolute nightmare, and I caution anyone considering their services to think twice. The blatant disregard for customer privacy and the persistence in demanding money for a closed account is a red flag that cannot be ignored. Save yourself the trouble and frustration – steer clear of RAIN.

I strongly advise potential/current customers to explore alternative options where their privacy and peace of mind are better respected.
