Rain is such a disappointment. I cancel telephonically in January, and did not touch the internet. End of Feb they deduct R664, from my account. Phoning them again, they promise that they will cancel and then I will receive my refund, still nothing, I phoned back and spoke to Phaliswa, also promises and that she will give them the message to fetch the 5G router and then after that I will receive my refund, and guest what still nothing from them.
